If you develop new products or services, nobody knows how it will exactly look like. To be productive, our developers and AI engineers need to know what to build. As leaders we try to find answers, make them up if we have to. Working in innovative projects is not for everyone. It is fun to work with emerging technologies, but also hard.
Chaos is expected and we can only bring structure to some extend.
To move fast, be pragmatic, not perfect.
Leaders don’t need to come up with all the answers themselves, but help their team navigate uncertainties.
Be ready to fail and try something else instead.
Just try, learn quickly and adapt fast. This is where real innovation happens.
