I love using workations to fully focus on sports and work. I plan fewer meetings and do lots of sports. The mountains and being active outdoors work wonders for me. πŸ”οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ
✨ It motivates me both in sports and work.
✨ It inspires new ideas.
✨ It’s a time for reflection, change, and personal growth.

Being in the mountains is usually the only time when the amount I work out is not limited by motivation and time, but only by my physical capacity. πŸ’ͺ

How to make workations frustrating:
❌ Using it to replace your real holidays. Just don’t! Completely getting your mind off things once in a while is important to keep you healthy.
❌ Traveling with people who don’t have to work: FOMO guaranteed.
❌ Not having a backup for WiFi.
