Looking back at 2023, what I’m most proud of is successfully balancing my challenging job with my passion of competing Ultimate Frisbee on the highest international level 🔥🙏🏼. It takes discipline, focus and sacrifices, but it’s what makes me happy 😊.
🤝 Ar work, it was an interesting and challenging year with diverse and innovative projects for customers and collaborating with wonderful people.
I also started feeling comfortable in my leadership role and I am mostly happy about seeing my values represented in the team: their kindness, eagerness to learn, honesty, willingness to help each other, and seeing them quickly master any new technology makes me proud ❤️.

My sports year had some ups and downs:
🛤 Got in 525 hours of sports in 2023. I enjoyed some quality time with my teammates competing at tournaments in Bruges, Amsterdam, Limerick, Gdansk, Malmö, Wroclaw and Valencia. I also loved my weeks of remote work and training in Spain and France ☀.
🦁 Competed at European championships with the Dutch National Women’s Team. We didn’t get our desired gold medal becoming 5th, but it was just amazing being a fulltime athlete for a full week with a group of fun and inspiring women.
🥇Won the biggest Ultimate Frisbee tournament in Europe with my club team GRUT, beating the German National team in the final 💪
🥈2nd place in the European club championships was a big disappointment for my club team, but we will use it as motivation to be better next year! 🔥💪🏼
For 2024, I am super excited to be part of a big revolutionary project in #MarTech and #GenAI. More about that soon! Looking forward to all ideas, challenges and collaboration ahead! 😁
